Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi is reportedly close to a loan move away from the club in a bid for more game time as Thomas Tuchel looks to reshape his forward line.

The 21 year old England international has been linked with some Premier League sides like Newcastle and Southampton while it is believed Borussia Dortmund are also keen on his services. It is understood Chelsea would prefer a loan move instead of losing him on a permanent basis.

Hudson-Odoi was left out of the squad for Chelsea’s opening Premier League game at Everton and  was an unused sub in the 2-2 draw with Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday. Hudson-Odoi, who has three England caps to his name, was close to joining Bayern Munich in 2019 before signing a five-year deal worth more than £120,000 a week. He has struggled to become a regular at Chelsea since injuring his Achilles in the same year, but has spent this summer working on his upper body strength to make an impact this season.
