With less than 10 minutes to go, Barcelona’s La Liga game away at Cadiz was halted for about 50 minutes when a fan had a medical emergency.
The visitors were leading 2-0 with goals from Frenkie de Jong and substitute Lewandowski when the incident happened.
Cadiz goalkeeper Jeremias Ledesma ran across the pitch with a medical kit which was passed to him by a Barcelona medic and threw it into the stands before the players were taken off.
The Catalan club got two more goals via Ansu Fati and Ousmane Dembele when play resumed as Barca moved top of the table with a fourth successive league win.
Another fan reportedly fainted just as the game was ending but the situation was quickly gotten under control.
