Villareal’s brilliant Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze has reportedly given his nod to a move to European giants Real Madrid in the next transfer window.
The tricks merchant has been on the radar of many of Europe’s elite ahead of the summer transfer window with many already salivating at the thoughts of him displaying his skills in England’s Premier League, German Bundesliga or the Italian Serie A come next season.
The Super Eagles forward has, however, reportedly informed his agent that he has ruled out moving to Italy or England and would accept any offer from Madrid.
The winger has helped the Yellow Submarines this season with his 13 goals and 11 assists which include his brace against Carlo Ancelotti’s side a few days ago.
Chukwueze reportedly drew the eye of Real Madrid’s president Florentino Perez, who would be eager to acquire his services after his recent performance at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu.
The forward’s contract expires in summer 2024 and it remains to be seen what Perez will do about his reported 80 million Euros release clause if he wants him this summer.
