Football’s world governing body FIFA has announced that it has received four bids to host the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands launched a joint bid, same as the United States and Mexico while bids have come from Brazil and South Africa.
The deadline countries have to submit their full bids is 19 May. The hosts will then be chosen by the FIFA Congress via public voting on 17 May 2024.
