In a significant move to enhance accessibility and ensure safer road infrastructure for residents.
The commissioning led by the Executive Chairman of the Local Government, Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe, officially commissioned several roads within the local government area today, Friday, March 14, 2025.
The commissioning, led by the Executive Chairman, saw the official opening of three link roads namely Lateef Dosumu Street and Ilawe Street in Ifako, as well as Musa Adewokun Street in Ojota. This initiative underscores the administration’s commitment to providing a more convenient and motorable roads for Kosofe residents.
Speaking to the press at the event, Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe reassured residents of his administration’s unwavering dedication to infrastructural development, promising that more road projects would be executed to further improve the socio-economic activities in various communities within the council area.
Several residents at the event like Mrs. Esther Akinola, Prince Adanlawo Tajudeen, and Mr. Oluomo Jamiu, expressed their appreciation for the Chairman’s continuous support and selfless service in fulfilling his promises to the electorates.
