Commissioner for Youth and Social Development in Lagos state, Honourable Mobolaji Ogunlende has expressed his heartfelt condolence on the demise of Ilerioluwa Olademeji Imole Alogba, also known as MOHBAD.
In a statement on his twitter page @bolajiogunlende, the commissioner urged the youth in Lagos state to exercise patience as the Lagos state command of the Nigeria police has commenced investigation to unravel the misery behind the sudden death of the 27 year old singer.
“I want to reassure the youth of Lagos that we are diligently working with relevant authorities to represent your voices and ensure a thorough investigation.”
“To this end, the Executive Governor has engaged the Department of State Services (DSS) and other agencies to collaborate and ensure a proper execution of the investigation.”
“Rest assured, the individuals involved in any way in this tragic event leading to IMOLE’s passing will face legal consequences post investigation.”
“As young people, I urge you all to support the investigative process by providing any pertinent information.”
“We also urge the investigating committee to prioritize the confidentiality and protection of all witnesses who come forward.”
