Haaland scored an incredible six times in an hour over two games to take his overall tally for the season to nine in five Premier League games.

Erling Haaland scored his second hat-trick in as many games as a ruthless Manchester City side outclassed newly-promoted Nottingham Forest.

Haaland, who scored a 19-minute three-timer against Crystal Palace during the 4-2 comeback win at the weekend, spent just 26 minutes between scoring his first and last goals this against Steve Cooper’s side.

Joao Cancelo added a fourth for Citeh before Haaland’s strike partner Julian Alvarez decided to get in on the action.

On his full Premier League debut, the Argentine produced a fine finish to beat Dean Henderson before blasting another into the roof of the net to get his brace.
