Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has said match officials in England have to learn how to use the Video Assistant Referee system after his side were held to a 1-1 draw at West Ham.

Spurs thought they had a penalty when referee Peter Bankes pointed to the spot for an Aaron Cresswell handball, but after a lengthy check by VAR and having watched the incident on the pitchside monitor, the referee overturned his decision.
This is the latest addition to complains about match officials and the VAR system in the Premier League this season, with the Spurs’ 2-2 draw against Tuchel’s Chelsea still fresh in memory.
