Jagaban National Coalition has said it will begin door-to-door campaign for presidential flagbearer of All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
The coalition spoke of its readiness for mass mobilisation across the country, noting it has structures across all 774 local governments.
Besides the door-to-door, the group noted that the group will train youths in various skills, including fish farming, technical vocation, and economic empowerment.
Director-General, Dr Usman Jahun, said yesterday at the inauguration of state coordinators in Abuja that the group will ensure APC retains power at the centre and states.
Jahun, noting that the political choices of APC should be respected and allowed to be tested in a free and fair electIon, called on the media to resist those who want to use its platforms to create religious and ethnic discord.
He noted that APC presidential candidate and his running mate believe in Nigeria’s unity, and will work for its progress and prosperity.
“As a support group, not only are we determined to confront the opposition with superior narratives at the campaigns, we shall ensure our party retains power at the centre and most states in 2023.
“We have continued to finetune our strategy for winning votes for our presidential flagbearer and other candidates of our party”, he added.
