The Court Of Appeal Sitting In Abuja Has Affirmed Ademola Adeleke As the duly Elected Governor Of Osun State.
In an unanimous decision the Three- Man Panel Of Justices headed By Justice Mohammed Lawal Shuaibu quashed the decision Of yhe Osun State Election Petition Tribunal which nullified the Election of Ademola Adeleke.
The Appellate Court maintained that the Tribunal was wrong to Have admitted Over Voting where the Petitioners failed to prove the Matter.
The Court pointed out that the Appeal of Ademola Adeleke was meritorious and upheld It.
It awarded cost Of fiive Hundred Thousand Naira against Gboyega Oyetola of the APC who Is a respondent In the matter.
