Juventus’ appeal on their points deduction sanction has been granted with the 15-point deduction in the Serie A revoked.
This means the Italian giants are now in third place with 59 points.
The Federal Court of Appeals will now assess an alternative sanction.
However, appeals for Andrea Agnelli, Fabio Paratici, Cherubini and Arrivabene were rejected while those for Pavel Nedved and all former Juventus board members have been accepted.
