Tottenham Hotspurs have sacked interim manager Christian Stellini after the Premier League club suffered an embarrassing loss in the hands of Newcastle United on Sunday.
The 6-1 humiliation at the home of the Magpies featured a very disjointed and hapless display by Spurs.
Ryan Mason has now been put in interim charge for the rest of the season or at least until a new permanent manager is appointed.
