Hon. Prince Sesi Oluwaseun Whingan, Member of the House of Representatives for Badagry Federal Constituency, has been named as the Deputy Chairman of the coveted House Committee on Upstream Petroleum Resources.
The announcement was made during the House plenary session led by Speaker RT, Hon. Tajudeen Abass (PhD).
The 10th House of Representatives made public today the constitution of standing committees and the members of the committees, with Hon. Alhassan Doguwa from Kano State named the Chairman of the Upstream Petroleum Sector while Hon. Sesi Whingan was named as his Deputy.
